Shipped on dry ice with cold-chain monitoring. Stocked pack sizes normally dispatch within the same week; bulk and custom lots are quoted with a lead time at the point of order.
On arrival, transfer immediately to −20 °C ± 5 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles; aliquot on first use. Report any shipment received above temperature within 48 hours.

We use B60 as a stabilizer in a sandwich immunoassay and have now qualified three separate lots without adjusting the protocol. Background stayed flat in every run, which is the sort of consistency we need from a supplier.

Being able to test the exact lot before committing to the 1000 gm pack saved us a procurement cycle. The CoA matched what we measured in-house on concentration and pH.

No constraints on quality or on the communication from the sales office. The jump from 100 gm to 1000 gm is a big step for our volumes — a 500 gm option would suit us better.
